By accessing or using SyntixPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

SyntixPay is a payment collection platform that enables teachers and educational institutions to collect tuition payments from students through various payment methods including UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

4. Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree)
• We charge a platform fee as determined during onboarding discussion
• Settlements are processed in up to 3 days
• We are not responsible for payment gateway failures or delays

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Fees and Charges

Platform fees are determined during the onboarding process based on your requirements and transaction volume. Fees may vary based on the payment gateway used and are typically between 0.5% to 2%. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

SyntixPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
